Sr. Nkechi, who is currently working as a Physician Assistant and Clinic Manager at the Holy Rosary Catholic Health Centre, Amankwakrom, in the Apostolic Vicariate of Donkorkrom, studied in the Department of Physician Assistantship under the Faculty of Medical Sciences.

In an address during the Graduation Ceremony, Prof. John Ofosu-Anim, Vice-Chancellor of the Presbyterian University of Ghana, urged the graduands to go forth and make meaningful impacts on society, as ambassadors of the University, stating that education is not merely about personal achievements, but also about contributing to the common good and making a difference in the lives of others.
“Let excellence, commitment, integrity, discipline, and faith in God guide you in all your endeavours. Keep learning, keep struggling, and keep making us proud,” he urged, reassuring all present that the graduands have been equipped not only with knowledge but also with material and character to meet the many challenges that come with the several opportunities the world offers.
“Commit to serving your communities and nation. Go and solve the problems others avoided. Speak into policy, improve the classroom, the clinic, and the boardrooms,” he buttressed, praying for God’s blessings upon them as they embark on a new journey.

The Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude to the teaching and non-teaching staff for their hardwork, dedication, guidance, and tireless efforts in shaping the lives of the graduands. He was equally thankful to the families and friends of the graduands, underscoring that their support and encouragement have been instrumental and have played a pivotal role in their success.
He urged his colleagues at the Presbyterian University that they may continue to work collaboratively, fostering innovation, integrity, and inclusivity.
In a brief interview with the writer after the Graduation Ceremony, the Nigerian-born MSHR expressed profound joy for her achievement, attributing it mainly to Divine Providence. According to her, it was indeed God’s doing because despite the many challenges encountered in the course of her study, she was able to conquer.

She was deeply indebted to her MSHR family for their constant support and encouragement, and also her mates and lecturers, for their unique contributions towards her success.
The Clinic Manager was optimistic that she was going to put into practice all that she had acquired in the course of her study and would continue to support the community she serves to the best of her ability.
In an interaction with the writer, some members of her study group expressed that it has been a very insightful and blessed moment working and studying together with Sr. Nkechi. To them, she was not just a study group member, but also their guide and counsellor; a friend.

Present at the Graduation Ceremony was the Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Nana Opare Kwakye, Chancellor of the Presbyterian University of Ghana and the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, among other dignitaries.
Also present were the Holy Rosary Sisters living and working in Donkorkrom and Amankwakrom in the Apostolic Vicariate of Donkorkrom, who had come to share in the joy of their Sister, Nkechi Oraebosi.
